I’ve started using A.I. for raw materials, art and music, DALL-E and Udio –
my research assistants. It has speeded things up…
Dall-E can produce some horrific distortions to people and animals – 2 heads or no heads. Telephones growing out of people’s shoulders. They need a lot of post processing to make them acceptable.
I have stopped using compression in the music. It’s louder but mangles the sound. Just turn up the volume on your playback medium, the dynamics are much better.

The icecaps of our planet are melting ?????
A complete terrestrial ice melt will raise the oceans approximately 80 metres.
Try to imagine what our coastal cities will look like. Meanwhile politicians attend conferences, pay lip service and do nothing but open up more fossil fuel reserves.
Murdoch says we should just move the cities inland. Great, is he going to pay for it?

Just sitting back and trusting in the politicians, corporations and financial institutions won’t really do it. They’re only in it for themselves. We all have to wake up on mass and do something. Shout, scream and make our voices heard. Boycott irresponsible corporations. Vote for people who care.
Independent candidates force mainstream parties to deal.
Trust science, it’s worked for 500 years.

Avoid conspiracy like it’s a disease. There will always be another conspiracy to fill the demand. They get money for the ads on their sites. It’s a stimulant drug for the mind.
Use media that is between the right/left extremes.

What’s with real estate agents!?
They mostly seem to have a rather distanced relationship with integrity. Anything for the “sale”. Anything?
They’re not all bad of course. I’ve met a couple of nice ones.
Really?
There may be several good people, or even saints working as estate agents.
Dressing in a fancy suit or like a model does not make you honest. Being confident is learned behavior and not indicative of the properties worth.
Under quoting for a faster turnover, changing contracts with the seller after the terms were agreed on, bullying, telling the buyer that there are many buyers that don’t actually exist to exert pressure, advertising non-existent properties to attract attention to the agency and pressuring a woman, whose husband had just had a heart attack, for a quick sale – just the tip of the iceberg and business as usual.
Maybe they will get an award at the end of the year.
